Section 686 Section 686.1100 Behavioral Services Provider Requirements HSP shall use Behavioral Service Providers that are licensed under the Illinois Clinical Psychologist Licensing Act [225 ILCS 15], the Illinois Professional Counselor and Clinical Professional Counselor Licensing Act [225 ILCS 107], or the Illinois Clinical Social Work and Social Work Practice Act [225 ILCS 20].
