Appeal of Compliance Review for EHRS Providers

Section 686 Section 686.340  Appeal of Compliance Review for EHRS Providers a)         EHRS Providers determined not to be in compliance with DHS-ORS requirements as a result of the review may appeal the decision to the Chief of the Bureau of Home Services.  The Bureau Chief shall conduct a review of the facts related to the rating and shall, within 15 working days, provide a written decision to the EHRS Provider. b)         If the EHRS Provider is not satisfied with the decision of the Bureau Chief, the EHRS provider may request review of the Bureau Chief's decision by DHS-ORS Associate Director.  The request must be in writing and received by DHS-ORS Associate Director within 10 working days after the date the decision was rendered by the Bureau Chief.  The decision of DHS-ORS Associate Director shall be final.
