Written Notification to School Superintendent

Section 795 Section 795.150  Written Notification to School Superintendent Written notification to the School superintendent regarding the anticipated continuation or withdrawal of a student from a School shall be provided by the parents or guardians and the local school district as soon as possible, but no later than 30 calendar days prior to the beginning of the next school year.
