Section 830 Section 830.80  Food and Nutrition Each State School shall: a)         provide food which is prepared and served under sanitary conditions as found in the Department of Public Health's Food Service Sanitation Code at 77 Ill. Adm. Code 750. b)         provide medically prescribed diets as needed. c)         serve three balanced meals, as approved by the State School's medical personnel, each day and shall maintain a record of the menus of the food actually served, which shall be retained and be available for review for a period of at least one year.
