Modifications and Alterations

Section 1000.150  Modifications and Alterations a)         A permit shall be amended before the commencement of any modification to the facility.  This includes any change that modifies the approved permit design capability of production or process areas, including change of capacity, efficiency or processes. b)         Before making any modification to a permitted facility, the cultivation center must complete an Application for Permit and Construction Approval and submit the application with the appropriate schedules to the Department. c)         An amendment to the permit shall not be required for alterations at the facility.
