Modifications and Alterations

Section 1300.560  Modifications and Alterations a)         A license shall be amended before the commencement of any modification to the plan as stated in the application. b)         Before making any modification to the plan as stated in the application, the transporter must complete an application for license and construction approval and submit to the Department the application with the appropriate schedules. c)         An amendment to the license shall not be required for alterations at the facility.
