Section 1300.830  Records The cultivation center, craft grower and infuser shall keep a record of the date of destruction and how much was destroyed [410 ILCS 705/55-15(c)] . The cultivation center, craft grower, and infuser shall also keep a record of the date of disposal of cannabis waste. The records for destruction and disposal shall be maintained for 5 years.
