Section 200 Section 200.220  Administrative Rules All decisions and actions of the Department are subject to the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1991, ch. 127, par. 1-1001 et seq.) and the Department's Administrative Rules (8 Ill. Adm. Code 1) which pertain to administrative proceedings, administrative hearings, contested cases, petitions, and public disclosure of files.
