Allowable Expenses Set by Control Authority; Expenses Paid from General Fund or Noxious Weed Control Fund

Section 220 Section 220.140  Allowable Expenses Set by Control Authority; Expenses Paid from General Fund or Noxious Weed Control Fund Compensation and allowable expenses for each weed control superintendent shall be set by the Control Authority and paid out of the General Fund of the county until a "Noxious Weed Control Fund" is established as provided for in the Act; therefore, he shall be paid out of the "Noxious Weed Control Fund."
