Section 240 Section 240.310  Inspection and Disposal of Regulated Articles Any properly identified designated representative of the Director is authorized to stop, inspect, and/or order treatment or disposal (by destruction or return to state of origin) of uncertified or non-permitted regulated articles or any infected regulated article found to be in violation of the Act.
