Section 270 Section 270.125  Protection of the Public and Lessee's Property Lessees shall take precautions (e.g., use of safety equipment, restraining public access), as necessary, when machinery, equipment or working demonstrations are involved so as to avoid injury to any person or the loss or damage to lessee's property.
