Reportable Animal and Poultry Diseases

Section 125 Section 125.130  Reportable Animal and Poultry Diseases Any animal or poultry suspected of being infected with a reportable disease (see 8 Ill. Adm. Code 85.10) shall be reported by the inspector or veterinarian in accordance with the Illinois Diseased Animals Act [510 ILCS 50] and the rules adopted pursuant thereto (8 Ill. Adm. Code 85).
