Section 125 Section 125.280  Meat Definitions and Standards of Identity or Composition The Department incorporates by reference 9 CFR 319 (2008; 76 FR 82077, effective December 30, 2011; 83 FR 25302, effective July 30, 2018).  Methods for the destruction of live trichinae in pork shall be as set forth in Section 125.270.
