Section 125 Section 125.400  Definitions and Standards of Identity or Composition a)         The Department incorporates by reference 9 CFR 381:  Subpart P (81 FR 21706, effective January 1, 2018). b)         Cooling of poultry shall be in accordance with the provisions set forth in Section 125.330. c)         Definitions and standards of identity or composition for poultry products shall be as set forth in this Section and in Section 13(d) of the Act.
