TITLE 8: AGRICULTURE AND ANIMALS CHAPTER I: DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE SUBCHAPTER m: MARKETING PROGRAMS PART 340 LOCAL FOOD INFRASTRUCTURE GRANT SECTION 340.70 GRANT DETERMINATION AND NOTIFICATION Section 340.70  Grant Determination and Notification a)         All applicants will be notified in writing by the grant administrator that their application has been accepted or rejected. b)         This notification will include the amount of funding for which the grant administrator has determined the project is eligible. c)         Applications that are denied will not be held for later project review, but those applicants are not prohibited from applying in the future.
