Petitions: Proceedings in Reviewing

Section 1 Section 1.260  Petitions: Proceedings in Reviewing The Director may utilize any of the following proceedings in reviewing a petition in order to obtain data and information necessary to make a decision on the petition: a)         Conferences, meetings and correspondence. b)         A formal evidentiary public hearing before the Director or his authorized representative. c)         A public hearing or meeting before a departmental advisory board or committee. d)         A public hearing before a statutorily established advisory board or committee.
