Uncleaned Seed

Section 230 Section 230.220  Uncleaned Seed Agricultural seeds shall be considered uncleaned if the total inert matter and weed seeds exceed 20% of the sample in cases of bluegrasses, redtop, bentgrasses, orchardgrass, creeping red fescue, and smooth brome; and 3% in all other agricultural seeds. Such seeds shall not be sold within this State.
