Section 240.280 Movement of
Regulated Articles
a) Articles regulated under one specific quarantine must meet the
applicable requirements of any other federal and state quarantines.
b) A quarantine will specify the condition that shall govern the
movement of regulated articles and may include, but not be limited to, permits,
certificates of inspection and/or compliance agreement.
