Contract

Section 270 Section 270.525  Contract All concessions must have a current and valid contract with the Department.  Concessionaires must have current and valid contracts with sub lessees. Any concession or concessionaire without a contract will be removed from the grounds, and any lessee shall maintain a copy of its written contract at all times as evidence of authority to use the facilities.
