Section 270 Section 270.605  Liability a)         The Department is not responsible for any accidents, loss, or damage to property, occupants, visitors or guests that might occur during the stay at the assigned campsite on the State Fairgrounds. b)         If there is any damage done to any State property as a result of any act or neglect by any person at the assigned campsite, the repair of all damage is the responsibility of the lessee without any expense to the Department.
