Section 270 Section 270.615  Payment Method Payment by the lessee of the space rental and electricity charges for a camper is to be made within 30 calendar days after the invoice date on the State Fairgrounds at Springfield and within 10 calendar days after the invoice date on the State Fairgrounds at DuQuoin.
