Section 270.660 Inspection
Barns must be OPEN for
inspection at all times and the Department reserves the right to terminate the
contract of any lessee who does not clean his stalls and aisle-ways. One
written warning will be given by the Department for untidy stalls and aisle-ways.
The second offense will mean termination of the contract and removal from the
State Fairgrounds.
