Section 270 Section 270.90  Concessions and Exhibits Prohibited No roving concessions or exhibits shall be permitted.  No shows or exhibitions featuring obscenity as defined in Section 11-20 of the Criminal Code of 1961 (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1991, ch. 38, par. 11-20) [720 ILCS 5/11-20] will be permitted.
