Rabies Vaccination Tags and Color
Illinois rabies vaccination tags
are to be of the color and shape prescribed annually by the Department and
shall bear the following inscription: Rabies Vaccination; Serial No. ____;
Illinois Department of Agriculture; name of county and year.
