Administrative Hearings

Section 515 Section 515.150  Administrative Hearings All decisions and actions of the Department are subject to the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act [5 ILCS 100] and the Department's Administrative Rules (8 Ill. Adm. Code 1) which pertain to administrative hearings, petitions, proceedings, contested cases, declaratory rulings and availability of Department files for public access.  Administrative hearings are governed by the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act and Subpart B of the Department's Administrative Rules.  The final administrative decision of the Department (see 8 Ill. Adm. Code 1.75(k) and 1.340) shall be subject to Section 10-40 of the Act.
