Section 1066.90  Denial, Cancellation, Suspension and Revocation of an Online Only Adult Driver Education Course Provider Certification The Secretary of State may deny, cancel, suspend or revoke a certification: a)         For any violation of IVC Section 6-107.5 b)         For any violation of this Part. c)         If the provider's certification or licensure to provide any type of driver education has been denied, cancelled, suspended or revoked.
