Section 60 Section 60.30  Inspection a)         Every beekeeper shall when requested by the Department provide the location of all bees, colonies and bee equipment owned or in his or her possession. b)         The Department may require that the beekeeper assist in locating and handling bees, colonies and bee equipment so that inspection may be properly performed.
