Portion of Allocated District Funds Held in Reserve

Section 650 Section 650.240  Portion of Allocated District Funds Held in Reserve A portion of the total amount of funds allocated to districts shall be held in reserve by the Department to be allocated to districts on a district-by-district basis as needed for projects recommended as a result of complaints.  After January 1 of each year, funds reserved for this purpose may be expended for erosion and sediment control projects in accordance with the district's programs.
