Investigation of Complaint

Section 650 Section 650.350  Investigation of Complaint Upon receipt of a properly filed complaint, a representative of the Department or district whichever has jurisdiction, shall notify the landowner and occupier that a complaint has been filed and that an investigation to determine if there is a violation of the State's program and standards will be initiated. The investigation shall take place within 45 days of the date the complaint was filed. A soils technician shall conduct the investigation in accordance with the procedure established by the Department. The owners and occupiers of the land upon which a complaint has been filed and the person who filed the complaint shall be notified in writing of the results of the investigation.
