Section 65 Section 65.140  Minimum Sanitation, Building and Labeling Requirements for Egg Breaking Establishments Illinois standards for sanitation, building and labeling requirements for egg breaking establishments shall be those as required by the Federal Egg Products Inspection Act (21 USCA 1035 and 1036) and its rules (7 CFR 59 (2004)).
