Review of Agency Project Proposals

Section 700 Section 700.30  Review of Agency Project Proposals The DOA shall review State-funded capital project proposals to determine whether they possess the potential to convert farmland to a nonagricultural use.  The procedure described in 8 Ill. Adm. Code 700.APPENDIX A:  EXHIBIT A, the Illinois Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Land Preservation Policy Statement, shall be followed to review project proposals.
