Section 70.40 Breeders and
Raisers of Fur-Bearing Animals
A breeder and raiser of
fur-bearing animals who slaughters only for his own use may apply for a $10
license; however, if he sells horse meat to anyone – even another breeder and
raiser of fur-bearing animals – he must apply for a $50 license.
