Section 760 Section 760.200  Trust Account The Department, in accordance with Section 40.7 of the Civil Administrative Code, shall establish a promotional trust account. All monies collected by the Department for the Illinois Rivers-Friendly Farmer Program shall be deposited into the account. Monies collected shall be used solely for the purposes of the program.
