Ownership Transfer

Section 900 Section 900.610  Ownership Transfer Upon a change in ownership of a registered livestock waste lagoon, the new owner shall notify, in writing, the Department of the change within 30 working days after the closing of the transaction. [510 ILCS 77/15(e)]
