Registering Remote Storage Locations

Section 1480.320  Registering Remote Storage Locations A repossession agency shall register all remote storage locations with the Commission on forms containing the information prescribed by the Commission.  Incomplete or incorrect forms shall be refused or rejected by the Commission.
