Compliance Inspection
Section
1480.380 Compliance Inspection
A compliance
inspection shall be conducted by the Commission staff prior to issuance of a
registration. The inspection shall include, but not be limited to, a review of:
a) Physical
characteristics of the remote storage location, including but not limited to
the size, location and overall condition of the remote storage;
b) Types
of repossessed collateral stored;
c) Proper
storage of repossessed collateral;
d) Method
of protection from fire;
e) Method
of protection from theft or burglary;
f) Method of
protection from potential damage to the stored repossessed collateral by
vermin, insects or water; and
g) Proper
documentation of the repossessed collateral being stored.
