Responsibility and Liability

Section 1480.410  Responsibility and Liability a)         The repossession agency shall be responsible and liable for all operations under the authority of its license and for supervision and control of all equipment and personnel used in its operations. b)         The repossession agency shall be responsible and liable for acts of its personnel under the authority of its license, regardless of the employee or independent contractor classifications.
