Failure to Appear at Hearing

Section 1480.460  Failure to Appear at Hearing Respondent's failure to appear at the hearing set for the alleged violations at issue shall constitute a waiver of respondent's right to appear to contest the alleged violations.  The Administrative Law Judge shall find a respondent that fails to appear at hearing in default.
