Registration of Airman

Section 14.300 Registration of Airman Except as provided in Section 14.330, no person shall engage in the operation of an aircraft in Illinois unless he has obtained from the Division an effective registration of his current and appropriate airman certificate as issued by the FAA.  No person shall engage in the operation of aircraft in Illinois unless current and qualified under 14 CFR 61, effective October 1, 2002.  (See Section 43 of the Act.)
