Application for Permission to Extend a Street or Highway

Section 1535 Section 1535.201  Application for Permission to Extend a Street or Highway Where application is made to this Commission for permission to extend a street or highway at grade across a railroad track or to extend a railroad track across a street or highway at grade as contemplated in Section 18c-7401 of the Law  the petitioner shall be the interested rail carrier or a public body having jurisdiction over the highway involved.
