Lockers

Section 1545 Section 1545.150  Lockers a)         Individual lockers for employees shall be provided when requested by employees and deemed necessary by the Commission. b)         Lockers shall be metal, not less than 15 inches wide, 18 inches deep and 72 inches high, exclusive of legs or other base. The lockers shall be equipped with a shelf and with not less than one clothes hook for each side or equivalent hanger bar, with sufficient openings in the door for purposes of ventilation.  Wooden or other type lockers in use prior to October 1, 1967 (the effective date of this Part) shall be deemed adequate, but shall not be replaced in kind. c)         Camp cars used for housing employees shall provide individual lockers within each car for each occupant of a camp car.  Each locker within a camp car used for housing employees shall be of sufficient size to adequately afford storage of 5 working days worth of personal belongings and provisions.
