Relocation Tow Equipment

Section 1710 Section 1710.152  Relocation Tow Equipment a)         Leased equipment and drivers must be within the exclusive control of the relocator when operated under authority of the relocator's license. b)         No relocator may lease light duty tow equipment or drivers that are the subject of a lawfully effective lease to another relocator. c)         Medium duty and heavy duty tow equipment and drivers may be simultaneously leased to more than one relocator.
