Section 1710 Section 1710.21  Notice of Application Notice of relocator's license applications shall be published in accordance with 92 Ill. Adm. Code 1202 and also published in a secular newspaper of general circulation and published in the county where the applicant proposes to maintain its principal office and principal place of business in Illinois [625 ILCS 5/18a-400(c)].
