Licenses Conditioned Upon Compliance

Section 1710 Section 1710.30  Licenses Conditioned Upon Compliance Each license issued to a relocator, operator, or dispatcher is conditioned upon compliance with the provisions of the Law and this Part.  Operations in violation of the Law or this Part are unauthorized and render the license subject to suspension or revocation.
