Unsafe Operation of Vehicles Prohibited

Section 1710 Section 1710.44  Unsafe Operation of Vehicles Prohibited a)         No relocator shall operate any vehicle that does not conform to the applicable requirements of: 1)         625 ILCS 5/13-111 and 13-114, regarding safety inspections and display of Certificates of Safety; and 2)         625 ILCS 5/12-606, regarding identification, equipment and insurance of tow trucks. b)         No one other than the holder of a valid operator's employment permit endorsed by the relocator shall ride in the cab of a vehicle being operated under authority of a relocator's license.
