Section 1710 Section 1710.46  Operations at Locations Where the Relocator Is Not Authorized to Operate a)         No relocator shall post a sign at a location in an incorporated area more than 10 air miles from a storage lot to which the relocator can relocate vehicles in compliance with this Part. b)         No relocator shall post a sign at a location in an unincorporated area more than 15 air miles from a storage lot to which the relocator can relocate vehicles in compliance with this Part. c)         No relocator shall tow a vehicle from public property under the authority of its relocator's license.
