Processing and Issuance of Registration

Section 1715.30  Processing and Issuance of Registration Upon receipt of a registration form, the Commission shall review it for completeness.  If the form is properly completed, proof of insurance provided as required under Subpart F of this Part and payment received of the annual registration fee as required under Section 1715.70, a Safety Relocator Annual Registration shall be issued by the Commission.
