Section 2100 Section 2100.20  Incorporation of Federal Standards a)         The Illinois Commerce Commission incorporates by reference 49 CFR 1061 as of December 1, 1986, and 49 CFR 1063 as of December 1, 1986, as its regulation governing the adequacy of service by motor carrier of passengers. b)         No incorporation in this Section contains any later amendments or editions.
