Penalty for Violation

Section 2520 Section 2520.281  Penalty for Violation Except when a different penalty is expressly provided, any person who violates any provision of this Subpart B shall be deemed guilty of a petty offense and, upon conviction, shall be subject to punishment as provided by law for petty offenses.
