Section 2520 Section 2520.520  Littering − Penalty It is unlawful for any person to deposit within the right-of-way or other property of the Tollway any trash, glass, weeds, garbage or other offensive matter. Any person so offending shall be guilty of a petty offense and shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $50.
